External DVD/BD drive

I have this product with a BD drive in it and can't get acrok ultimate to load a disk.  Any thoughts?

Can other programs play back video content or read/write to discs OK? If so, problem lies with Acrok, so I'd contact their support.

well it's giving me issues other times.  I'm using it in remote desktop, maybe I'll have to hook it to my gaming machine
