GPU Benchmark Below Expectations

Done this benchmark and my GPU is very poor, I have it connected through the PCI Express 16x and on motherboard is connected to the second PCI because the first one does not work.

 

Any one know what is the reason for making the GPU so poor? 

 

Downloading now the 3DMARK and PCMark10, will post screen shots or links once downloaded.

Thats weird, try running Furmark and rerunning the GPU test for userbenchmark.

 

Also, you may have a bad riser - something that could easily lead to massive performance degredation

Done screenshot while in process and it dosen't put stress on the dedicated GPU memory is that how it supposed to be?
