as i am building a PC within 50000RPS aka $473.0USD

Kaby Lake is dead, should get an R5 1600 instead if it's around the same price

 

with an ASrock B350 Pro4 minimum for the motherboard.

well Ryzen isn't available in Pakistan nor is 8th Gen intel  So what is a better option

The G4560 will be pretty alright for 60hz gaming, assuming it's cheaper than the i3, and much cheaper than the i5 go for that, should be fine
