H320 installation amd problems

I just got an h320 and I have amd and I have it all set up but they said I just need the backplate and it does show how to install the water block because if I screw in the backplate then the wholes obviously or blocked where I would screw in water block so I dnt know what to do and how to install please help me if anyone knows how to for amd

I think it is first you install the backplate and then the cooler. Also the manual has more instructions.

I know that's what I was referring to all it has is one picture and it doesn't help me at all and the backplate is in place just not screwed in because I do not know how the water block would screw in if the holes are already covered my screws obviously so I clueless on how to install it
