Gaming Projector

Next to my house, I have a meeting room that that companies can rent to hold their business meetings there.

Obviously the meeting room needs a projector.

These are the minimum specs:

Lumens: min. 2000 (room is semi bright)

Resolution: 1080p (4k would be overkill)

DLP is not preferred 

 

As there are so many different kinds of projectors, it's hard for me to choose.

The budget is around $2000 ( spending less would be a plus )

 

Also, I wouldn't mind some light gaming in my spare time, if at all possible

 

Any suggestions? Or tips?
