HELP !! RGB PROBLEM

hi i need help i purchased a halos lux rgb fan frame and it doesnt want to change colour i cant even select options to change the colour my motherboard is a msi b350 pc mate .

as you can see in the photo i cant select any colours or go into the settings please i need help . it came with a rgb cable to connect to the rgb header and nothings helps the light comes on but stays white

It's not an MSI product. Of course it doesn't work.

Apparently those are compatible with MSI's Mystic Light Sync: Source
Are you sure you've plugged them all in correctly. RGB header from the fans to the RGB header on the mobo ect.

mystic light sync doesnt want to work says platform not compatible think i fucked my rgb header now nothing wants to work from it

nevermind header is working just needed to restart the pc but still cant get them to change colours when i put the mystic lights off they go red lol

i dont have rgb fans but all my fans is connected to the fan headers but this is seperate product plugs into the rgb head on the board when i plug it in it works but just doesnt want to change colours im using the mystic lights program that comes with the board when i download a different mystic lights it says platform not compatible and i dont know where to download mystic lights sync for the pc
