Keyboard help

well i built a pc, instlled  windows  8 and  i started  installing  apps (steam, ect) after 5 hours  or so  my keyboard  stops  working , my mouse  still works  but my keyboard  dosent ( it says code 10 and something about  the  device  not turning on

 

 im using the Razer black widow  2013

 

im using  the on screen  keyboard to type  this

Insomnia!

Uninstall the driver in device manager and then rescan for devices. Sometimes Windows tries to be "helpful" by installing the latest "drivers"

 

also does the keyboard work in the BIOS?

no it doesn't  want to`` power on``
