PC Crashes on PayPal

Hello, 

So I made a Paypal account. And I tried logging in via my PC, and the moment I clicked log in, my PC crashed and it the error is: IRQL UNEXPECTED VALUE. 

Does anybody know how to fix this issue, my PC keeps crashing but I need to login to my PayPal...

A bit of googling tells me that it is a somewhat more common issue. People seem to have fixed it by either updating the Killer network drivers or uninstalling Intel Online Connect.

Alright, Ill try doing that- I also saw that you can uninstall the Killer network, however I cannot seem to do that.

Oh my bad, it might not be a program. 

 has some instructions near the bottom regarding Intel Online Connect. Haven't really encountered this myself, so my knowledge doesn't go too far here.

When I click uninstall Killer Network it takes me to the control panel uninstalling window but I cant find it there....
