Cannot downgrade BIOS after upgrade

Hi, Merry Christmas to all. I flashed my Asus X370 Strix-F Gaming BIOS to 3203 and found out it Cap my GPU to 8x instead of 16x. I am using a single GPU configuration. I wanted to reverse back to BIOS version 1001 but the Bios Utility says the Bios file does not match. Pls help. Thanks

I would try different methods of flashing the older BIOS instead of just instant flash, use flash drive, and lookup as well.

your gpu running in 8x will perform identically to running in 16x

Believe me I tried everything, is there a Windows Utility to reflash instead of the UEFI one?

Thanks, I just leave it alone cause its stable and I did not notice any performance or framerate drop. Thanks everyone.
