so last night my computer crashed, and when I tried to restart I got an inaccessible boot device blue screen error. I've talked to windows and they've sent me all the trouble shooting steps for a custom install of windows but my drive isn't detected while selecting where to custom install windows, I don't think the drive is fried because I can see it in my bios where its labeled as 'windows boot manager (Samsung ssd 960 EVO 250 GB). anyone able to help me out?

Current specs:

i7-7700K

16GB G.Skill trident Z ram

And Sapphire 7800

Corsair H100i V2

Asus maximus ix hero

Windows 10 pro

Current troubleshooting:

switching from one m.2 port to another

booting from a windows media usb

system restore in windows boot troubleshooting

startup repair in windows boot troubleshooting

custom install up to selecting where to install windows
