SD/Micro SD reader for 3.25" drive?

Hi, so I've had a big problem with my PC without a real solution... I'm a person who uses SD cards and Micro SD cards alot, so I'd like to put a multi-purpose card read in the spare optical drive 3.25" bay in the front of my PC, I've found some that can go into a HDD 3.5" Bay (why would you want a card reader inside your PC?) but no luck with what I'm wanting.

And help would be greatly appreciated!

Some cases have external 3.5" bays. 

 

You want a 5.25" card reader, not a 3.25" card reader.

I think you're thinking of 3.5" for floppy and SD card readers for those bays do exist.
