AMD PowerPlay settings missing

Hello there, 

I have a Lenovo Yoga 510 laptop. It comes with an R5 M430 graphics card. Now i was having some issues with Windows, so i reset everything. Now when i have set everything up and when i go to Radeon Additional Graohics Settings, I can no longer select which GPU to run when Plugged In or when running on battery. 

 

I tried using Device Manager to update the drivers, but it says that the best driver is already installed. I have attached a screen-shot below...

Any help would be appreciated

 

Specs:

Core i5 7200-U

4 GB DDR4 RAM

AMD Radeon R5 M430  Graphics Card

Windows 10 Version 1709
