Need Help With Audio Sync - Win10

Hiya all.

All my audio seems to be playing faster than my video... youtube videos are becoming unwatchable and I've tried other browsers. Netflix does it too, and I have even tried the Windows 10 Netflix App and it still happens. 

I have done the following to try and resolve the issue:
- Swapped audio jacks

-cleared cache (CCleaner clean)

-Tried other browsers

-uninstalled and reinstalled Realtek

-tried other headphones

 

Any recommendations for suggestions are welcome :)

This has been an oddly common problem lately

 

Perhaps some of these could help you

Thank you :) One of those are actually my own posts that I accidentally logged onto an account I didn't even know I had... nontherless, I've followed those other ones in hope for an answer. Thanks!
