Hypergan install fails repeatedly

So I'm trying to install HyperGAN on my Windows 10 pc. I have python 3, and everything is (as best I can figure) working correctly.

So I type "pip3 install hypergan --upgrade", and pip dies its thing, and it seems fine until it fails at the very end. I tried the dependency install, to no avail. Here's a picture of the fail.
