SSD Caching

So I have a random 32GB SSD with isn't really much use to my so I looked into SSD caching and thought it might be a good use for it.
However, from what I gather, to set SSD caching up, you need to set up the SSD in RAID and since it's only one single drive, I cannot do that...

Am I missing something? Is SSD caching a dead end for me?
