What to upgrade

A game that I really want to play but my pc can barely handle 1080p low at 30fps, my cpu is always at 100% and gpu is always at 90% all of my other games my gpu is at 100% and my cpu is at 80% All of the games that are held back by gpu run fine but it’s just the first one that doesn’t run. Should I upgrade CPU or

I'd save up and then go "all out" when you can afford to with the latest hardware! Over the years, I have found that while budget systems are great, they have a shorter "life", meaning that they lose their relevance much faster compared to a "top of the line system". My advice would be to continue using your current PC until you have a budget in excess of $800 and then splurge! 

 

You have a decent PC, though both the CPU and the GPU are mostly equal match for one another. Upgrading one will leave the other as a "bottleneck" per say. I hope that helps!

Forza will not run past 30 FPS on my pc, even though benchmarks I see online with the same hardware are getting good fps

I'd just lower the settings in the game... At low it should be playable.

The game is forza, I’m at 1080p lowest settings and barely get 30 FPS same with 900p
