That is them trying to hook you into paying by giving you stupid small amount, it most definitely is not free. The fact that you mention it proves it.

No, it IS free. They are just hoping that they can get you to pay. But you dont pay a penny to get that 500mb per month, so it is free

Doesn't matter, it is free, and is still classified as free whether it be 1kb or 5000gb
