Was looking to buy some cheap mouse to replace my now 10 years old mouse since it started bugging, and found 2 that looked decent. Since i am broke student Motospeed v40 and Redragon Centrophoreus M601 were in my budget, but i saw Razer Deathadder 3.5g that is a bit pricier.

I have little to no idea about quality of mice or sensors or switches so i need help, i hope to get few years of usage from a mouse so any input would be greatly appreciated.

Depends what you mainly use it for. I also am a broke college student and last year I was in the same situation as you. My Deathadder Chroma that my friend let me have broke and I was in the market for a decent cheap gaming mouse. My search brought me to the Corsair Harpoon. Starting price was $30, it was $10 off and I had a $10 gift card, bringing me to a total of $10 for the mouse. For that price It has incredible Price to Value ratio. I have had this mouse for about a year and I have had absolutely no problems. There are nice grips on either side of the mouse, fully customizable RGB logo on the back, DPI switch, two additional side buttons. I Personally prefer light mice as well rather than a clunky Logitech G502 or even Deathadder. The only quibble I have with the mouse is that it has no braided cable, but that has not been a real problem for me. You can edit and save profiles on the mouse itself too.

I forgot to mention that I play games like Overwatch, League of Legends, Guild Wars 2, Runescape, Fortnite, Witcher 3 etc. Overall I would highly recommend the Harpoon as a fantastic Budget Gaming mouse.

If you can either save up or have the budget, the Razer Deathadder Elite has the most accurate dpi sensor to date. It is the only mouse (as far as I know) that has true 16000 DPI (which you'll never need), and it's RGB chroma as a bonus. I think its around 70-80 USD as of today. It is also a very comfortable mouse and allows for a variety of grips.
