Il2 1946 Multiplayer help

I just got this game because i really am into any flight sims and wanted to give the il2 series a shot without buying the more expensive BoS. I downloaded hyperlobby to get some multiplayer in but i cant find any servers with more than 6 people on at once. Is this right? Am i doing something wrong? Is there another mod i should get that most people use to play multiplayer? Is there a website with servers listed that arent on hyperlobby? Id really love to get into some MP with full servers and stuff but it looks like this game is completely dead now. Thanks in advance!

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

 

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.
