It might be easiest just to make a simple password and do it that way, since it will be way faster than using an external service to save your file to a server, then have the other computer download it. (Assuming these two computers are, in fact, on LAN).

Yeah I was just using the Windows 10 file sharing to try it out because i had some ideas. I know that I could get a flashdrive but I still want to figure it out. The PCs are on LAN.

If you really don't want to add a password, you MIGHT be able to get this to work with Windows 10 if both computers have local accounts and not Microsoft Accounts.
