Picking out a service to host a game server.

My little sister wants me to setup a Minecraft server for her, but I already run a Mumble server from home, and my family uses lots of bandwidth+data. I want to find an inexpensive hosting service that is easy to use as possible. They player count will likely never go over 4, so lowest tier plans will be fine. If it ends up being relatively inexpensive, I'd like to host a TF2 server on the service as well (with the prices I've seen this is a pipe dream just think about the Minecraft server).
