I'm swapping out the cpu fan (for now looks like CRYORIG H5 Universal) and I'm looking for a better PSU

You are a lot over $1000, is this in the budget?  Did you check the site for the OS?

I prefer the Corsair 270R or 200R over the Deepcool case, I think are better quality, make a plan how are you going to place the parts before you chose a case.
