No Display No POST

At work attempting to run DBAN on unit would not display on my KVM. Removed it from KVM just to eliminate that as a possibility of the issue of no display. Attempted displaying off a known-good monitor, no result. When plugged in fans revved up assumed it was something with thermals. Replaced thermal compound on CPU, no result. Fans still revving.

Could be board issue no beep codes, no display, fans revving.

As always I appreciate any advice.

Well this specific KVM (16 port) has 1 bad port on it, not the one I was using but it otherwise no. I removed it from the KVM to make sure that it wasn't the KVM causing no display and using a separate monitor.
