Need a cheap powerline solution

With cyber monday here, I want to see if I can find powerline adapter for my PC. My current wifi card is rated at "300 Mbs" but wont even pass 60 when things like my phone get 90. I want to get one of those cheap tp-link ones, but my experiences are already bad enough not to cheap out. MAX budget of 60, but I dont really want to get there.

I have a set of the $30 or so TP-Link ones, but haven’t had much good luck with them.

I RMA'd 4 sets of these before giving up and running cable.

Probably gaming or helping technophobes with tech...
