Is it just surface damage or is an actual chunk of PCB missing?  It's hard to tell from the picture... if it's the former, I'd bet it still works without modification, but you could always flow some solder on to extend the pad I suppose.  Note that this is just a guess... I don't take responsibility if you try that and it messes things up lol
