I'm currently trying to upgrade my PC since it's cyber Monday in Australia but I don't know which part should I upgrade (except for my GPU).  My current specs:

MSI Z77A-GD65 Z77

intel BX80637153570 i5-3570

kingston KVR 8GB (4GBX2) DDR3 1333

seagate3.5 2tb

coolermaster GX power 750 PSU

GTX 970

Sandisk ultra 2 SSD(480 GB)

I'm also trying to find a new PC case, motherboard and CPU fan because my 970 is too big for my current medium PC case, my motherboard broke last year and had it fix, CPU fan is the stock CPU fan and its noisy.

Also, (https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/samsung-960-pro-512gb-ssd-mz-v6p512bw/) is this a good deal right now cause i dont really follow the current PC market trend but its 4 times faster read/write speed than my current SSD. Thanks

I would say, get a 3770k and a better Cooler, overclock it and should hold you for 2 more years

also upgrade the ram to 16 gigs with higher speed.

Early 2020 Build : Intel i7 8700k // MSI Krait Z370 // Corsair LPX 8x2 16GB // Aorus 5700 XT // NZXT H500

Early 2019 Build : Ryzen 2600X // Asus Tuff X470 // G.Skill Trident Z RGB 8x2 16GB // MSI RTX 2070 // NZXT H500

Late 2017 Build : Intel i7 8700k // Asus Prime Z370-A // G.Skill Trident Z 8x2 16GB // EVGA GTX 1080 Ti  // NZXT S320 Elite

Late 2015 Build : Intel i7 6700k // Asus Maximus VI Gene Z170 //  Corsair LPX 8x2 16GB // Gigabyte GTX 970 // Corsair Air 240

Can you give me specifics specs cause I'm not sure what i'm looking for and I would rather not upgrade unless its a significant upgrade. Also what about the 960 m.2 SSD. Is the deal good enough for me to upgrade from my old sandisk SSD

Don't go with the 3770k it's so outdated. Go with ryzen or newer i7's the 3770k isn't work it unless you can find it for a really cheap price.

Basically, it would make so your CPU wont bottleneck your gpu if you will upgrade it later on, because tbh if you're going to be gaming mostly, then the i7 3770k should suffice for a long time, just upgrade your GPU, but then again the GTX 970 should run most titles over 60 FPS ultra settings 1080p

for the SSD, yes its going to be a significant speed change, but does your board support M.2?

The 3770k isn't that much different from a 7700k.   He can't go with Ryzen a new i7 without having to replace his motherboard and RAM.

Sorry for the double post, but I want to make sure you see this: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Intel-Xeon-E3-1290-3-6GHz-4-0GHz-8MB-5-0GT-s-SR055-LGA-1155-CPU-B-Grade/282743229564?hash=item41d4cf4c7c:g:8aYAAOSwSYpZ0tnb

This is going to be the best CPU upgrade you can get without changing your motherboard.
