Upgrade help

Hi, I've recently purchased a Dell Optiplex 760 and a Core 2 Quad q6600 (because I'm original) and I was wondering what budget used graphics card would work/be good for the old thing.  
I'm planning on doing some gaming on it, and once I build my new Ryzen 3 system early next year, using it to run a Minecraft server.

A GT 1030 is a decent little card that should work within the power constraints of the Optiplex 760, but if it's like the one in the video below, you need a half height card..
