Location of desktop files in backtrack 5

I can't remember the location of my desktop files in backtrack 5, I need to recover them, I had to reinstall a dual boot of windows. I have kali running on a live cd atm but I can't remember the bt5 desktop locatop It's been years since I've had to find it. I think it is in some etc location.
