You don't really need a liquid cooler unless you're gonna go ham with overclocking so if you swap it out for an air cooler that could free up $20-30 or more.

What would you recommend for the PSU? @herman mcpootis  and yeah i know the ram is overpriced, I am also into my setup looking really cool lol unless you might have a reference to another kind of ram that would also have the RGB capability?

I am most definitely gonna overclock my CPU so that is why i went with the liquid cooling. @Gamessys

Do you guys think this would be a good setup for mid-high range Gaming/Streaming?

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/XWKVhq

An i7-8700 would be better for streaming. It wouldn't need an aio cooler. Instead put a Cryorig H7 on it just to keep the noise down and all the cores able to run flat out.

The system could be well powered with a Corsair - CXM (2015) 450W.

Finally, Windows 10 OEM license does not permit its use in DIY builds. Spend a bit more to get the USB version. It allows you to move the o/s unlike OEM versions.

This is based around the budget and your own manufacturer choices. The OS can be purchased from Kinguin for around $30, but OEM licenses can only be used once. As you had an OEM version in your original build, I figured you wouldn't mind. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/VTQ2pb

Would the i5-8600k still perform well though? (also if i plan to overclock it) @brob How much of a difference would i see going to an i7? Also thanks for the heads up on the Windows 10 license.

Sadly data for the i7-8700 is very scarce. Performance is very close to a stock i7-8700 as its clock is only 100MHz lower. With twelve logical processors, its streaming ability is better than the six logical cores of the i5-8600K. Unfortunately I can't quantify the difference.

Ok, well thank you guys so far with the help I really appreciate it.  My only other question is with that case that I have there would i have any worry on space with fan size or anything else?

What fan?

I just mean with the liquid cooling unit, and then if I were too add any other fans after the fact since I am considering throwing in LED fan's as well.  Was not sure what size of fans to get.

The aio can go in the top or front. It would occupy 2x120mm fan mounts. If you are adding LED/RGB fans, it would make sense to get 120mm versions as they can fit on any available fan mount.
