Samsung Galaxy A3 2016 getting really slow

Ok, so about a year ago i got my phone on a 2 year contract.  When i got it it was blazingly fast, but now it is stupidly slow. It is a samsung galaxy A3 2016. Any ideas?

thinking about getting lineage os, but i was too lazy to do it so far
