I need help, after updating to ver. 1709 of Windows 10. My GPU(GTX 970) no longer works, it is still recognized by the OS. But it doesn't work, the GPU physically lights up and the fans spin. In addition, I have used Driver Display Uninstaller, I have reinstalled the latest drivers, and have also tried every driver that supports Fall Creator's Update, I've updated the BIOS, I swapped in a different GPU and that GPU which also got error code 43, I've tried different slots on my motherboard. I spent 3 hours with Nvidia live chat, and still have the issue. What should I do? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Image of what device manager says will be attached

Specs: GTX 970 Asus Strix, Intel i7 4770k, Asus Z87-Plus

Does rolling back to your previous version of Windows 10 solve these issues? My first instinct is that you have some kind of chipset driver conflict that is causing problems communicating with the pcie bus - especially if it's affecting multiple gpu's.

Oh, also, have you checked to see if the same issue arises if you install a fresh version of Windows 10 1709? It might be useful to install Windows 10 on a separate partition (without any other software or drivers except standard Windows 10 ones installed) to see if there's some kind of software/driver conflict at play.

The issue is I can't because when I tried restarting it, it immediately updated to the insider preview version. So I could only rollback to 1709.

You never mentioned that you were in the Insider Preview. The first thing anyone is going to realistically going to suggest (to rule out random bugs in the Insider Preview, including cumulative issues from upgrading through multiple Previews) is to simply fresh install Windows. https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10 for a clean iso.
