Razer Carcharias Problem!

Hey guys, I recently just brought a Razer Carcharias and right now It's giving me this weird static problem when I plug the usb into my computer and along that there's this weird funky static sound in the background when I use the microphone. Do you guys think I should return it back or something? and get a different headset. Keep in mind I brought this headset at bestbuy. So if you are going to recommend me a different headset please try to find it on the bestbuy website (non marketplace)

USB ones will have buzzing, because they are USB, it just happens.

Turn the volume down on the headset low enough so the buzzing goes away, and turn up whatever you are using them to listen to.

Also switch USB ports.

even when I have the headset at zero I still get the buzzing sound, and switching usb ports are not working but I'll try with the 3.0/2.0 ones too.

I have a Razer Carcharias.. I regret buying it... :(
