This is my first PC that I will be using for video editing (premier) and gaming (Overwatch etc.).

The cost of the system is my maximum budget. I also want to overclock my CPU and GPU, I am also thinking about replacing my 2TB HDD with a 1TB HDD plus a SSD (roughly 250GB to put windows on so it will run faster). The possible problem with this scenario is the requirement for the storage of the videos I will be editing. due to this being my first PC I am not too sure how much storage these videos will take up.

Editing won't do well on 8gb at 2400.

Do you already have Windows 10 downloaded on a previous pc? you can just pass it over with the tool on their website and save money.

Here's one if you already have Windows 10 on another pc, and you get 6C-12T instead of 4C-8T with just lower clocks. If you want more OC potential get an x370 board

You dont need a quad lumi just get a Cryorig H7 is the same thing but a LOT cheaper(but without lights)

also if you want lighting newegg had a lot of 16gb kits of GIEL super luce for like $134(they probably sold out)

and save up and get a 1060(they are so much better)
