Upgrading my monitor THE DECISSIONS SOOO MANY

So im looking to upgrade my monitor been with me for about 4-5years (benQ rlk2455 i think). Well the decisions so many decisions to make. Right now i have a 1060 but will be upgrading to a 1080ti but not for 4k reasons although it will be good for some games. I cant decide from size or panel type or aspect ratio. I will be mostly gaming and watching movies on it. Would like g-sync.

Is there a big enough difference between IPS and TN panels?

60Hz Vs 100Hz vs 144Hz?

Will 60Hz with g-sync be better than 60Hz 4k g-sync.

I have been looking at a few monitors that seem to fit what im after but not much experience in the monitor field, this is only my second purchase since my benQ.
