PC shuts down

Hi, i have a problem with my rig. I have a:

GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 rev. 3

AMD Vishera, FX-8320 3.5GHz

ID-Cooling FI-REEX cpu cooler

2 x HDD WD Caviar Blue 1TB SATA3 64MB 7200RPM

Intel Solid State Drive (SSD) 520 Series, 120GB, SATA 3, 2.5''

Zalman Z11 Neo pc case

Corsair Vengeance Pro AmberGold Kit 16GB 2x8GB DDR3 1600

Kingston HyperX Genesis 8GB (2x4GB), DDR3, 1600MHz, CL9, 1.65V, XMP

Cooler Master GX Lite Black, 700W.

 

My problem is that all of the sudden it shuts down. If i press the power button to start it up, it spins the fans and then shuts down again. If i fiddle(push it up) with the cpu cooler it stars and has no problem for a while(1-2 weeks). What can the problem be, and do you have any advice?

Does it make any noises? 
Also, make sure all your connections are secure, PSU, ram and mobo especially.

No, no noise, it runs smoothly when it does. and yes, all connections are ok.

Honey is asking the right questions, any noise? connections and the like.

 

it could be the fact that the cooler is lose also, after all its a big heavy cooler and could sag causing the cpu to overheat.

It doesn't feel like it's loose when i push it, and my temp are 16 in idle and 60 when full load. I was thinking about the cpu socket itself being loose, could that be it?
