Need help choosing a ~150 euro monitor

My budget is around 200 euros but I'll be buying the monitor off my local market which will be a maximum 10-70 euro difference maybe even less if i'm lucky so if the monitor costs abit more i'll still check it.

 

My old monitor was an LG 24MP77HM, its half broken, but id love something similar or better. I mostly play games. 

 

Also are these monitors good enough or better?
