Need help deciding between 2 monitors

same price,

one is 24 one is 27 inches,

24inch version is 165hz while the 24 is 144,

from reading reviews the 27inch has slightly more "overdrive" and "interlace pattern artifacts" is it something im going to notice?

im upgrading vg248qe because i am getting a 1080 ti
