Height adjustment help

It's Black Friday, I come home with a new monitor, the AOC Q2577PWQ to be exact. I assemble it, and everything's dandy. The monitor's great, but it's a little high. Oh, no instructions with the box? Um. I play around with the monitor a little bit, but I can't seem to find out how to lower the height of my monitor. If anybody has this monitor, how do I adjust the height.
