Im trying to make a build that can do 60fps 1080p on modern games.

I have a build here https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/Legogamer/saved/LBrqkL

I would like to keep the price around the same with a absolute max of $650cad. Any changes that would benefit me?

Damn your pricing sucks in canada, Ryzen is expensive, RX 570s are still really expensive. Well if you don't want to wait for Raven Ridge APUs whenever those come out that's probably the best you're getting

Consider doing a Hybrid Drive instead of just an SSD for now if you want 2TBs of storage

Maybe a bit nicer case

definitely change out the PSU for this one

Also look for a 1050ti with a 6 pin if possible.
