Looking for rather unique type case

Hi, so Im looking for a rather odd or unique pc case that has one or more of the following in a budget of about $150 or less

 

1) Vertical graphic card mount (with 1 additional pcie slot somewhere for a x1 wifi adapter

2) normal ATX psu support

3) support for a mATX mobo

 

The case i kinda have in mind would be the Thermaltake core G3, but it only has 2 pcie slots and both would be taken up by a Graphics card. (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA24G4VH4480)

 

I dont care if it is a ATX case, I'm just hoping to pick it up on or before Black Friday.

I do like the view 31 tho, does it come with a decent riser (if any)?
