What overclock settings should I put for my R7950? Im not sure if I put too much because suddenly games become really laggy  then I check my overclock and it actually downclocked to 550mhz and 600mhz for memory. My 7950 is a Sapphire OC. Should I use Afterburner or AMD overdrive?

I'm running 1200MHz core and 1265MHz memory at 1.17 volts. But that is extreme though. Try like 1000MHz core and go up from there.

I think 1150/1500 is pretty easy to aim for as long as you are voltage unlocked. Might need up to around 1.25V. Also, I recommend afterburner.

How exactly do I unlock voltage? Is that the slider in the Amd overdrive?

In afterburner there is a voltage slider, I don't use AMD Overdrive. I would recommend using GPU-Z running in the background to monitor actual voltage usage to make sure your settings are working. Here are the settings I used:

If Afterburner doesn't work, use Sapphire Trixx or Asus GPU tweak. They have more support for voltage control.
