Computer freezes and crashes

Hello,

I've been having some trouble with my computer recently and I'm not sure what the problem is.

 

There are two things that are happening. The first thing is that while watching YouTube videos the player sometimes start lagging and the bitrate goes down drastically (at least that's what it looks like), and after a bit the computer freezes and I can't do anything. I have to hold the power button to turn it off, and if I try turning it on again too fast everything lights up, but nothing happens on the monitor. What I've been doing is I turn off the power supply (haven't tested without doing this) and wait 15 ish minutes before turning it on. I tried resetting the BIOS and this worked for about a week, but then it started happening again.

 

The second issue happened earlier today. There was a huge lag spike while I was gaming, and after, a lot of the inputs seem to not be working anymore. (Does not recognize internet cable or most of the usb inputs)

 

These are my specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7 1800x 
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Gaming X 
Memory: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200MHz 2x8GB 
PSU: Corsair CX650M 650W
