Stuck in POST, help!

Hi, I'd like to thank all the contributors in advance for any helpful suggestions to fixing my problem.

The issue began after I tried merging two drives (C and D) using a third-party app (MiniTool Partition Wizard Free) which lets you merge without losing any data. Once the merging process was done, the PC restarted and was stuck at the ASUS logo screen. Keyboard inputs do nothing at all, which means it won't let me enter into BIOS either. The funny thing is, once I removed the HDD connection, everything was normal and I could enter into BIOS. So I assumed the HDD was broken or something, I tried setting it up on another machine and surprisingly, it boots up and I can see the merge was successful. I tried a different HDD on this machine, and it seems to boot normally... The only problem this machine has, is with this particular HDD.

I've tried Googling, but couldn't find any solution to this problem (tried BIOS reset and the battery thing), so reaching out to you guys here.

OS: Windows 10 Pro x64

HDD: WD Blue (SATA)
