Static issue

Hello everyone recently i am experiencing alot of static coming through my microphone and everyone of my friends is complaining about it.

PC Specs are

PSU : Corsair VS450 ( Brand New bought 1 month ago)

Mobo : Gigabyte h61m WW

Processor : Pentium g2020 2.9 ghz

GPU : GTX 1050ti

I know my processor is bottlenecking my gpu but lets forget about that and concentrate on the issue :3

I have tried reinstalling Drivers and all multiple times and nothing worked.

weird part is that whenever i touch my cpu cabinet the static goes away from the microphone but as soon as i stop touching the cabinet, it comes back.

Also when touching the psu it does the same.

When i bring the microphone near my body be it hands or anything the static increases.

Any help will be appreciated.

Also Sometimes the static is not there at all.

Please help me with this issue

What microphone are you using? Has it been damaged in any way? Could it be an issue with the wire? Not sure if this would work with a microphone but it solved my static issue coming through my speakers - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B019393MV2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I tried 2 different microphones on same PC both make static but when I use them on my sisters laptop they worked fine. Thing which jingles my dingleberry is if the issue is with my pc why does static increase when i take my hands near the mic. Also I am using a headset with mic name is Dragonwar Beast.

also it’s connected to PC via usb.

Could it be my PC has grounding issue but when I touch my PC it uses me as a grounding source? But then again static goes away when I am not near the headphones. Also my PC is sitting on a wooden table if that helps at all and is connected to the wall outlet using a power strip.

Also a weird thing I noticed is when my feet are on the floor static increases but when I lift them up (obviously sitting on a chair) the static decreases a little bit but a lot of it is still there. Flooring is of ceramic tiles ( they are not anti static)
