Gtx 750

There is no display all fans work but no boot. Can it be because of the 12v and the amps needed for a gtx 750 

I have a 300w psu 12v with 16 amps

First I would reseat your gtx 750 ( take it out of your motherboard and put it back in) If that doesn't work try a different PCiE slot in your motherboard. make sure everything is plugged in correctly in your motherboard ( your 12V EPS connector, 24 pin atx connector stuff like that) Once you do that, tell me if anything changes.

My powersupply is only 20pin

that's fine, as long as everything is plugged in correctly, that's all I want to make sure. Also does your computer have a speaker pugged into the motherboard, so wen it turns on does it beep at all ?

but what does the machine do when it's turned on. any beeps?

No I just have it on top of a card board bmp gpu box

Prolly looking to buy a new one
