How can I fix this problem

I have two ddr4 2400 MHz ram sticks but in the Bois one of them is 2400mhz and the other one is 2133mhz both sticks came in the same pack. How do I fix it

Where on the motherboard did you slot them.  Normal practice is to put "1"0"1"0"  or "0"1"0"1"  with the 1 being the inserted RAM and 0 being open ram slot.

 

Sounds like you may have place them "1"1"0"0" or "0"0"1"1"

 

If you need a better answer, motherboard, and bios version would help.
