Video Distortion problem

Hello, I have been having an issue for quite some time now where streamed videos / video files in all players will have this weird distortion to them and I cannot for the life of me figure out what's wrong with it.

The image I attached is the issue I am getting, and it basically just happens randomly throughout videos. It'll be like a previous scene freezes over in a glitchy way for a few seconds before disappearing and showing the current image.

I will truly appreciate any help with this, it has been happening for a long time now.

Reinstall your GPU drivers, if not fixed then reinstalling windows is the quickest way to fix software issues.
