Hi, I am looking to build a $600 mITX or mATX editing/gaming build! If possible I would like to fit in a 1080p monitor as I am running 1680x1050 right now. I use After Effects CS6, Premier CC, Sony Vegas, Photoshop CC, Blender 3D. I play Minecraft(Hopefully with shaders), Garrys Mod, and Battlefield 4 and would hope to be able to livestream them all. I am very specific on which cases I would like to be able to use. Heres which cases I would be comfortable with buying; PC-TU100B, Bitfenix Prodigy, Bitfenix Colossus Mini, Bitfenix Phantom, Node 304, Silverstone FT03-mini. I prefer Intel & NVidia because I have been using them for years, but I would be happy to go AMD.

I dont do Mail In Rebates.

I am in the US

I have 2 HDDs.

Thanks!

My PC:

Maybe less on ram, more on GPU? Also, I could just get 2 sets of 2(8gb) sticks($50 each).

No it isn't.

The mobo only has 2 ram slots. If you wanted more slots, you'd need a more expensive mobo.

Why go with an older, more expensive Xeon and a board that is garbage?

Because it's still better than the 1220 v3.

The 1220 doesn't have HT.

The Xeon is 4 cores and more powerful architecture. So yes, it is.
