Will H75 fit in shinobi case

Hey guys, can a corsair H75 liquid cooling fit into a Bitfenix Shinobi mid tower case without any modding and if it did do need to worry about tight clearances with the Asus Maximus 6 Hero motherboard.

Yes, and just move the fan that comes with the case somewhere else.
