okay, i made a topic a week or so ago, but haven't had much luck in resolving the issues.

just before we get started, my system specs -

windows 8.1

Asus Crosshair V Formula-z motherboard

AMD FX-8350 running at 4.3GHz with a Corsair H100i

16gb Corsair vengeance RAM @ 1633 or so

2 x EVGA GTX 770 SC

256gb OCZ vertex SSD

3-4TB of other HDD space

Corsair AX860i PSU (plenty of juice to power the cards)

so the problem i'm having is a bit odd, but boils down to the fact that i'm getting no FPS increase using SLi in pretty much any game i play, including ones that are well optimised for SLi. BF4 and several other titles, AC3, Batman : AC and others are all running terribly when SLi is enabled, often lowering FPS or making the game stuttery.

Both cards work fine on their own, so there isn't a problem with the cards, and they are getting enough juice, both cards show high usage in SLi, just dont seem to be getting the FPS gains.

I'm going to roll back to windows 8 this week as it is incompatable with Corsair Link, and im kinda tired of my system sounding like a jet fighter, but im at a complete loss guys, i could really use some help here

yup, latest drivers, SLi is enabled when im getting problems, tend to leave it off for gaming now as it makes games unplayable.

i am on a fresh windows 8.1 install, but im going to go back to windows 8 tonight/tomorrow, but i was having very similar problems on my previous windows 8 system

thank you for the fast resposes guys, and just for the record, if anyone can chat/skype or anything if they have a solid idea and could help me out, i would REALLY appreciate it
